PressureLog

Privacy policy

Last updated 9 October 2026

PressureLog does not collect, transmit or sell any data. Everything you enter stays on your phone.

What the app stores

Your blood pressure readings, pulse, the time of each reading, any notes you add, and the optional profile details you enter (name, date of birth, notes for your doctor). All of this is stored only on your device, in the app's own storage.

What leaves your phone

Nothing, unless you send it. When you choose Share on a report or export, your phone's share sheet sends the file to the app or person you pick. PressureLog has no servers and makes no network connections.

What we don't do

Reminders

If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your phone. No reminder data is sent anywhere.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple's privacy policy applies to that purchase. We don't receive your name, payment details or address.

Deleting your data

Settings → Delete all readings removes every reading from the app. Deleting the app from your phone removes everything, including your profile.

Children

PressureLog is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, changes are unlikely.
